In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any Services on 5rgame. By completing registration, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 5rgame reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify age, identity, or source of funds. Accounts found to be held by persons under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 5rgame is lawful in your jurisdiction. Online gambling is subject to varying legal frameworks across Pakistani provinces and internationally. 5rgame does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that its Services are legally accessible in your specific location. By using 5rgame, you accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one account on 5rgame. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. 5rgame may close all accounts belonging to the same individual if duplicates are detected, and any bonus funds in duplicate accounts will be voided.
2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your real name, date of birth, address, and a valid mobile number or email address. 5rgame may require documentary verification of any information provided. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 5rgame will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify 5rgame support immediately.
3.1 Account Currency. All 5rgame accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted to PKR at rates determined by 5rgame at the time of the transaction.
3.2 Account Usage. Your 5rgame account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account to any third party. Allowing third parties to access or operate your account is prohibited.
3.3 KYC Verification. 5rgame operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC, proof of address, and payment method documentation before certain withdrawal thresholds are released. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity processing fee as disclosed in the account settings, or may be closed at 5rgame's discretion. Prior notice will be provided where required by applicable regulations.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 5rgame accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods may vary from time to time and are displayed in the 5rgame Cashier.
4.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa is Rs 200. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rs 1,000. Minimum amounts for other methods are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction.
4.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds sourced from third parties, stolen payment instruments, or funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
4.4 Processing Times. Mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, Easypaisa) typically credit within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers typically take 1–24 hours. Crypto deposits depend on blockchain confirmation times. 5rgame is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 Failed Deposits. In the event that a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your payment method, contact 5rgame support immediately with the transaction reference number. Do not re-attempt the deposit until you have confirmation of the status of the first transaction.
5.1 Eligibility. Only Funds derived from your own deposits and legitimate winnings on 5rgame are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. 5rgame reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal methods where the original method does not support withdrawals.
5.3 KYC Requirement. Withdrawals above certain thresholds, or any withdrawal where KYC has not been completed, will be held pending successful identity verification. 5rgame will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed mandatory verification steps.
5.4 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours of submission. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically credit within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the receiving institution.
5.5 Right to Refuse. 5rgame reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers on 5rgame are subject to individual terms published at the time of the promotion. General eligibility requires a verified 5rgame account in good standing. Bonus abuse or multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses on 5rgame are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The specific wagering multiple, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are disclosed in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not claimed or not wagered within the period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account automatically. 5rgame is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. 5rgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not disadvantage players who have already accepted and partially completed a bonus offer.
7.1 General. All bets and gaming rounds placed on 5rgame are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product – sports betting, casino games, slots, or specialty games. Product-specific rules are accessible from within each game or betting market on the 5rgame platform.
7.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet or game round is not valid until it is confirmed by the 5rgame system and a confirmation reference is issued. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the outcome of the affected round may be voided at 5rgame's discretion.
7.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the integrity of a game or bet, 5rgame reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. No winnings will be paid on a voided round.
7.4 Cricket Betting. All cricket betting markets on 5rgame – including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 matches – are governed by the specific rules published in the cricket betting section. In-play bet settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent).
7.5 Maximum Winnings. 5rgame reserves the right to impose maximum winnings caps on individual bets, game sessions, or jackpot payouts. Where applicable, these caps are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 5rgame and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 5rgame platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 5rgame content without prior written consent.
10.1 5rgame provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5rgame disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2 5rgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 5rgame's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their 5rgame account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 5rgame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your 5rgame account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining PKR balance, after deducting applicable bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements, will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method.
11.2 Termination by 5rgame. 5rgame may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, are suspected of fraudulent activity, fail to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason 5rgame deems sufficient to protect the platform's integrity. In cases of confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their access to 5rgame for responsible gaming reasons may request a voluntary self-exclusion via the account settings or through support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for its stated duration and will block all login attempts during that period.
